So here is a bit of useless information. Apparently in Malaysia, property rights extend to the CENTER OF THE EARTH. Why i know this? Well this means that you can’t build a tunnel under someone’s house. So the S.M.A.R.T. tunnel being constructed there has to follow an existing highway.

If you owned property on the surface 20ft x 20ft and you dug down 20ft, technically your property would be less than 20ft x 20ft, right? Basically, I’m confirming that they are aware the Earth is a sphere (more or less). This question obviously assumes you are the authority on Malaysian property rights.
